If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products
purchased directly from Henry The Goose within 14 days from the date of the purchase.

Items due to hygienic reasons should be in a new condition, not washed, and most
important not colored with the markers. All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment.

We are happy to offer free return for a full item refund to your original form of payment for all eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

International Returns:
All return shipping costs for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
